March 24 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. and Russian negotiators have reached agreement on all elements of a nuclear arms reduction treaty, a Kremlin official said.
Prague is the most likely site for a signing ceremony, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity in line with Kremlin policy. Presidents Barack Obama and Dmitry Medvedev will determine the time and place for the signing, the official said in a telephone interview today.
In Washington, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said the two sides are very close on terms for a replacement for the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, which expired in December.

Funny; I hadnt heard that we were working on a new nuclear arms treaty. To have a treaty worked up that quickly tells me that its pretty one-sided. Like Munich.
Putin and Medvedev have got to be slapping themselves on the back in the Kremlin, laughing and saying: I cant believe it was THAT easy! Or however you would say it in Russian.
The Russians gotta love playing poker with this bunch of scholars....
When did Business Week become a liberal rag? We had excellent relations with Russia during the Bush Administration. Putin and Bush were close friends and worked together continuously in the war on terror.
