My bet is that the dems did it themselves in order to discredit the tea party movement. Just like their fake slur accusations. Or the noose hung in a classroom by a liberal professor. When we don't behave badly their standard operating procedure is to fake a crime so as to make the democrats the victims.

Yep. There’s a chance it was an opponent, but it was more likely one of them—whether or not coordinated with the coordinated accusations against the Tea Partiers in DC.

(Seems like they knew they didn’t even have to bother to plant the name-callers, a la Alinsky, but that the press would run with the story anyway.)

The thing is nobody cares anymore. It doesn't matter what they claim, it doesn't matter if they try to play victem. NOBODY CARES!

They tried to play the race card with the protestors and if you didn't notice, the fact is NOBODY CARED. They keep getting caught lying like this and people will walk right by a hanging corpse and NOBODY WILL CARE.
