at least 26 states need to band together and head to the Supreme Court. This is a blatantly unconsitutional bill, on about 20 different levels.
There are currently 34 States considering or already passed Legislation Outlawing Obamacare, It only takes 33 STATES TO CALL A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION and 38 TO REPEAL OR ADD AMENDMENTS to The Constitution. Repeal the 16th and 17th, and all this goes away overnight.
