However...that doesn't address the issue of who constitutes a "Natural Born Citizen" as intended by the framers when they wrote that requirement in. I, personally, have no doubt they intended an NBC to be one born in country to two citizen parents.

(assuming he has one), and Sr. is listed as his legal father...the ultimate question remains (which such state laws wouldn't address): Can someone born the subject to a foreign crown/government (inherited from one or both parents), no matter what U.S. state they were born in, could such a person be considered a NBC for A2;S1;C5 purposes?
