NOBAMA protest/FReep lines the Strongsville(OH) streets "WELCOMING" POTUS to NE Ohio

An energetic group of patriots lined the streets of US 82 in Strongsville awaiting the presidential motorcade.

Creative signs, concerned citizens and good conversation prevailed. The police were out in force but all acknowledged that this was NOT going to be a problem protest. A light misty rain was falling the entire time & I was continually wiping off the lens of my camera.

Many candidates were there meeting people including judge candidates Mike Astrab and Peter Corrigan. The Akron Right to Life had a large contingency present including director Gregory Frank.

The Medina and the Strongsville GOP had canopies up & the Strongsville group had free coffee/tea & a heater for any who stopped by. After the presidential party passed Chick-fil-a workers passed out chicken sandwiches to all who wanted one.

Just prior to the motorcade an SUV with “sniffer pup” was out checking out the crowd. Driving to various areas & the dog checked out everyone. Hope the dog got a sandwich!

I felt that the route would NOT be 82 but a side entrance off of US 42 as I was amazed by the lack of Secret Service (did not see one)and they are normally very conspicuous.

The Presidential LIMO FLEW past the protesters/signs. Unless The One had his eyes closed he would have had to seen and be aware of the group.

Macaroni Grill afterward for a late lunch before going to my next commitment.

I knew many Freepers would be there & looked for the several I knew. I only found Commiewatcher & it was nice to see him again. We did many Freeps together in years past.

Bret Baier's "Special Report" ran a very quick video of you all lined up along the street to "greet" the Bamster... I was SO happy to see the signs and Gadsden flags lining the route!

my hands were pretty cold as I don’t wear gloves when I am using a camera. I kept walking around up & down both sides of street so kept warm that way.

He was likely very angry that the peasants lined his motorcade route with signs condemning his attempted takeover of American health care.

DollyCali said in her report that the presidential limo FLEW past the protesters. I am picturing in my mind's eye BO sitting in the back of his limo, banging on the glass partition and screaming at the driver to step on it to get past all the protesters.

Yes. The American People have been asleep and they are about to lose their Republic.

They have been too busy with their big screen TVs and beer drinking fests down at the river and watching "Dancing with the Stars". Is it any wonder? Is it any surprise?

This is what happens to a nation when it is opiated on pan e circo (Bread and Circuses).

The US mass media has always wanted it this way, and the American People have eaten that vomit up with glee. Now the chickens may just come home to roost. But it may well be too late. All it would have taken on the part of so many Americans was a slightly higher level of intellectual curiosity, study and investigation, instinct and action. Being brain dead, one cannot expect such virtues to come so easily, though.
