It’s my understanding that the parlimentarian was called to the WH this evening. Then, I heard on a radio show around 6:30pm MST that the same parlimentarian had ruled against the dems. Can anybody elaborate?

Regardless of what the parliamentarian does, it can be overruled, if I understand the system correctly, though I do not know the specifics of how that is done.

The House parlamentarian was called to the WH. The other was the Senate parlamentarian.

I guess the House guy and the CBO are getting a lesson in the Chicago way.
