Code Red” - House Target List on Health Care

The National Republican Congressional Committee has published a target list on health care. In addition to continuing to contact the five Tennessee Democrat Congressmen, you can go http://www.votervoice.net/link/clickthrough/ext/94697.aspx to contact some of these targets. Much of the talk following Obama’s announcement has focused on how to defeat this second bill through reconciliation, but that is misleading because the first step to defeating Obamacare is not by concentrating on defeating the “fixer” bill but by defeating the Senate bill in the House when it goes to the floor for an up-or-down vote on Thursday, March 18th.

And here are toll-free numbers we can use to call any Senators or Reps.
At the first number below you must wait through a tape recording urging you to tell your Rep or Senator to vote “yes” for the health care bill. Just hang on and when the recording is over, you will get the Capitol operator. Just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Then you will either talk to an aid or have the chance to leave a message for him/her to vote NO on the health care bill.

When you use the second number and the Capitol operator comes on, just ask for your Rep or Senator’s office. Every time I use this number I get the Rep or Senator’s answer machine, so it may be set up that way all the time...to go to their answer machine. Either way you can leave a message to vote NO on the health care bill!

We need to use these toll free numbers that have been set up for the health care/ BO supporters and illegals to use! After all they are FREE!

Oh yeah...and who is suing them at the moment??? The republicans should be filing one lawsuit a day - against the illegals like goetner with his IRS stuff - against everyday outrage against the Constitution and we should do that also - every single day - not that I trust the SCOTUS but one in ten would be granted and the dems would have to stop sometime if they don’t want a new lawsuit or to end up in jail. But we and the RINOS in Congress do nothing.

“If he vetoes the repeal, you will need 67 Senators and 291 House members to override the veto.”

Short, medium and long term action points:

1) Keep calling:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2466657/posts?page=37#37
http://nrcc.org/codered/targets/

2) If this is rammed down our throats, despite all of our efforts, we point to 2012, and in the meantime tie it up in the courts and postpone any tax collections on it until such a time as it is ruled constitutional (or forever if it is ruled unconstitutional.)

3) If they still try to collect taxes we should institute an immediate and gradiated taxpayer revolt. Lift the number of your dependents so that the least amount of taxes are with-held. Some people may consider with-holding their quarterly payments (independent business people). We institute immediately a HUGE legal defense fund to immediately and aggressively defend any legal actions against anyone involved in the taxpayer revolt - under the premise of the HCR Socialism Care Constitionality question.

4) Continue to legistlatively deny funding to the Socialist monster = Fed. Government. Republicans should threaten and actually bring Government to a grinding halt (other than our military, prisons, police and fire.)

5) Continue the 2010 brow beating that started in 2010. Elect a Freedom loving, socialist hating president - to continue cleaning up the mess of the socialist RATS.

6) Implement zero deficit based budgeting - continue to clean up all of the entitlement debt liabilities and clarify what we can and can’t expect out of these legacy entitlement programs. Begin the tough work of ramping them back to a reality basis - or eliminating many of the 2,000 fed entitlements.

Actually, only 53% of 61.7% voted for MAO-bama. That’s only 32.7% of eligible US voters voted for MAO-bama. Of course only 29% voted for McCain/Palin.

THE FIX IS IN!!!!!!
I don’t know where to go with this. This happened at about 11:30 this morning. I will not tell where I was or the names of the people involved!

I was having a break with my client today. Two people unknown to each other or to us sat down at the same table, both are in their mid to late 50’s. One was a very high level accounts manager who manages accounts for the “Uber-rich” and the other was a corporate pilot.

The topic of conversation turned to the economy and politics and the mess the country is in. The account manager said, “The fix is in. The simple mulit millionaires are going to get burned badly and the ultra rich are going to get off Scott free because the super rich who support the administration are being tipped off about every move weeks or in some cases months before the Fed or the Administration makes any economic moves.”

“You’re not kidding me?” “No, it is completely true.” The hole game is rigged if you are on the “correct side.” The corporate pilot added that he has been around discussions and confirmed the same knowledge.

Quote: “How are you going to repeal it even if you have conservative majorities in Congress? You still have the socialist in the WH. He will veto any repeal and there will not be enough votes in Congress to override.”

Since it is not going to be passed with a vote, no vote will be required to repeal it. Simply declare it invalid, refuse to fund it and impeach any judge who says otherwise. If the left wants to declare anarchy, lets give it to them.

The Supreme Court will not involve itself in how the Legislative or Executive branch conduct its business.

But they can rule on the Constitutionality of the Bill after the fact, when a case is brought before them, and clearly, if Article I, Section XII, Clause II, is not followed, then the Bill can't be Constitutional, regardless of any other formalities that Congress and the President may have retained. It would be inconceivable to think the Supreme Court would ignore this.

Your question doesn;t make sense. The constitution doesn;t grant line item authority. The whole bill is either signed, allowed to lapse or vetoed.
