China will toughen requirements for reporters by launching a new certification system that requires training in Marxist and communist theories of news, a media official said, citing problems with the current crop of mainland journalists.

Actually, I was thinking this could be a great opportunity for recently laid off US reporters and journalists as they are all prequalified...

It appears that everyone employed by the MSM has been well trained in the “Communist theories of journalism”. They serve as the propaganda arm of the Democrat Party. It is amazing that the Media in China may actually be more independent of the Communist Party than the MSM in the U.S.

I suggest the Chinese go to this website and inquire about the availability of Marxist experts. David Horowitz could provide the guidance they need. His parents were Communists, he was himself a practicing Marxist for many years and he is well versed in Marxist Theory. Of course this might not be exactly what the Chinese have in mind. LOL.
