WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama sought Thursday to put some detail behind his lofty drive to double U.S. exports over the next five years, calling the effort imperative to putting people back to work. But doubts remain about how many net jobs his trade agenda will create—and how he will get it done.

In a speech to the Export-Import Bank conference, Obama outlined steps to flesh out his trade initiative. Among them: creating a mini-Cabinet of officials to focus on exports, seeking more financing to support trade efforts, beefing up enforcement of existing trade deals and pushing for the completion of stalled ones.

“Among them: creating a mini-Cabinet of officials to focus on exports,”

Another government group that makes nothing controlling exports. Government only grows government.

The USA, in 2005 lost a world court action because we gave us companies tax relief on exporting. The world, and this government keep limiting USA options.

More spending, more government.

How about companies making things people want to buy?

We have a problem...

I know! Let’s form a committee and generate a list of needs!

That will solve the problem!

Barely noticed was a bill that just passed and signed by Obama to create another agency...the travel & tourism agency to promote MORE foreign visa visitors to the USA. Introduced by Harry Reid to bribe his Vegas voters.

Dear Marxist Muslim Kenyan,

You will require manufacturing to be done by organized labor (e.g. unions) whose cost and efficiencies are not relative to the private sector.

The products produced will by and large be too expensive due to the amount of payroll and benefits costs to produce, nonwithstanding the regulations, environmental impact/fees, licensing, taxation and threat of litigation the American businessowner faces.

There is no room for government intervention, but you insist on it. When the profit motive evaporates, there is stagnation (see Federal workers).

You are a moron and Commie, please begin packing for January 2013.

Regards,

A US Citizen
