They can't force you to resign your seat. Someone else said where there's smoke there's fire...well this resignation is a huge cloud of smoke.

I don't doubt that Emmanuel is a slimeball and I don't believe anything that comes out of the Obama WhiteHouse, but I also don't buy Massa's tale. He had to have done something beyond what he has admitted to.

A person doesn't just resign a House Seat because people are criticizing him in the press.

Cannot disagree with you. When this story first broke I said Massa’s stories don’t add up. That being said, I believe RE set out to destroy Massa. For that reason I look forward to what he has to say today.
