bull...
Pain is just weakness leaving the body.
[grow some balls and don’t back down, you RINO wimps!]
the problem is the Republicans won’t want to miss their holidays at home or their tennis match at the country club, so they’ll buckle to this monstrosity of a bill and let it go through...
October 2006, suggests that opponent Sherrod Brown did not pay an unemployment tax bill for 13 years
Brown is consistently one of the most liberal members of Congress
Brown’s wife, Connie Schultz, is a columnist at Cleveland’s Plain Dealer newspaper
Brown’s daughter Emily works for the Service Employees International Union
daughter Elizabeth was an editorial assistant at New York Magazine and is currently a communication staff person for the Ohio House Democratic Caucus
Brown’s sister-in-law Anne M. Swanson is communications attorneys in Washington D.C..
Does anyone in this family have a private sector job? Shoosh.
Nothing like the pain democrats will feel this November. I’ll take a little pain from Dems now and avoid a massive amount of pain come November.
The real strategy is to SUCKER the House Dems to vote on the senate bill and then RUN it over to the Commie's office to sign.
This Reconciliation Talk is a BIG Lefts Fool Them PR LIE.
There is NO WRITTEN BILL to reconcile to .
Its a HOAX .
Look at the ages of some of the Democrats that will have to stay there all the time waiting for a vote:
Robert Byrd - 92
Frank Lautenberg - 86
Daniel Inouye - 85
Daniel Akaka - 85
Arlen Specter - 80
The oldest 5 Senators are Democrats. 42 Senators are between 65 and 79 (20 Republicans and 22 Democrats).
Do you seriously think that these older ladies and gentlemen have the endurance to do what the Democrats propose? Outrageous.
Of course we shall man our tables on the steps of the Congress with Torches etc. to light the way and provide motivation!
BRING IT ON!
Browns older daughter Emily is a union organizer for SEIU. When I met Brown, Emily had just lost a union election in a New Jersey nursing home. She was crushed, Brown told me. I mean, its horrible. Have you ever sat and watched an election? They count the votes publicly and you can tell within 15 votes whats going to happen, and the workers are scared. Its pretty depressing for the organizer but its more depressing for the workers.
I seriously don’t remember any Republicans acting like this when they held the majority position. For that matter, I don’t remember things being this effed up when republicans were the majority party and they had 9-11 and Katrina to deal with. What do the Dems have to deal with? Their own stupidity?
GOOD!! That will help dems even MORE in November.
I thought the rats were against torture. It sounds like they just do not like it used against their friends (radical muzzies). They are happy to use it against their enemies (freedom loving American citizens).
So they’re suddenly fans of torture now?
Hey, Brown - you ever see that famous photo of Johnny Cash flipping off the camera?
Yea, it’s kind of like that.

Brown and his allies on Monday announced the reintroduction of the TRADE Act, which the senator said would reverse the “flawed” trade policies of the George W. Bush years, which Brown blames for sending U.S. jobs overseas.
withdraw the U.S. from NAFTA if it wasn’t reworked
Bring it on you hose-head!
Man I thought it would be serious - like locking dissenters in a room with Barney Frank and Chuck Schumer!
... and regarding Saddam Hussein, said that Pres. Bush “ ... killed his kids.”
“all-night sessions”?
The horror, the horror.
And miss out on their bath house visits?
