Nope. The op merely mutilates them. The DNA stay the same forever. Not even hormones can change that. This is a mental disorder, and should not be elevated by law to the same level as normalcy.
However, as we have seen by the Supreme Court elevation of atheism (1948) to the same level as a belief that we are created by God, this Marxist minority will try to get this done anyway, and even more hell will break loose legally than has already done over "a nation under God."
