No, he cancelled NASA moon mission because most of the work was done by non- Union contractors from States he lost in the last election; Alabama, Florida, Texas, Utah. 23,00 lost jobs in Florida and 3000 in Utah, alone.Everything with this thug is about payback and payoff. Actually, Florida went for Obama in 2008 by about 200,000 votes.

Correct. He and his staff also made sure a Houston-area company, BAE (formerly Stewart & Stevenson), lost the contract to produced the heavily armored trucks (MRAPS) used by the Armed Forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. The contract was steered to a company in Wisconsin (Russ Feingold's state, and a "battleground" state). Pure, 200% payback.
