A private detective found circumstantial evidence that Obama either IS a foreign national or commited Social Security fraud when attending college in California.
Obama, when first attending Occidental College, possessed a SSN with a prefix of 999-xx-xxxx. These SSNs are used by foreign students who receive money from the Federal Government to attend college in the U.S.A. This SSN is associated with the name Barack Obama AND an address where he is known to have lived, making it highly probable he used that SSN.
So the question is: is he or isn’t he an Indonesian citizen?
Or is BHO just a scam artist who has committed Social Security fraud and later managed to con 69 million people into voting him into the White House?

Mr. Charlton: There are a lot of ifs, all of which must be true:
If he was not born at a hospital between 1911 and 1971, and
if his parent(s) did not file for a certificate of birth before he was 1 year old, and
if his name was not amended on the original vital record, via a name change or adoption, then if the Hawaii Birth index does not show him,
he would not be born in Hawaii, unless of course, he was born in Hawaii, but no one ever filed for a Certificate of Hawaii Birth; in which case they could have filed for a late or amended Certification of Live Birth some time after 1971.
That’s a lot of ifs…read it a couple times slowly….and if I made a mistake, I’ll let the experts correct me, here by replying to this comment.

It appears Mr. Charlton is upset because Okubo sent him pdf’s instead of microfiche. And it appears that the Index may be incomplete because some Dunhams who sailed on the Breckenridge didn’t find their way onto the Index. How accurate is any govt index anyway?
On the other hand, there ought to be other indexes, no? Like one listing the names of all people who received bc’s in 1961...and another for those who got them in 1964...and so forth. One would think the index wouldn’t be very personal information not permitted to be seen by the public. It’s just an index. In an ideal world it would also say what drawer the document lies in. Give it a number. If it is an index with cross-references, so that not only the newborn but the parents are listed, perhaps that could be considered confidential and in that case it could be redacted.
If there is no such master index, that would be extraordinary. There has to be one. Either he’s on it or not.
And that includes the possibility that he only got a bc from HI later in life. That’s what addenda are for, so you check the 1961 index again, or the index for each year after until you find him somewhere.
By the way, didn’t his grandmother work with vital records? Maybe instead of looking for his bc we should be looking for whatever she did that she shouldn’t have, like obtaining phony ssn’s for him...or someone else.
Maybe what he’s hiding isn’t so much the bc per se, but some other mischief that was done using the bc.
This may or may not have any relation to this article but I am sure others may have noticed what I saw earlier today and that was Obamas briefing about the Chilean earthquake, in summary he was distracted and seemed more anxious to be somewhere else, it was such a short speech I was wondering if some other crisis was developing.
Since I was interested in other threads since 3am I have not had to opportunity to update myself on current and somewhat “interesting” birther events or news.
