Wait, is this for transgendered kids? Or transvestites? If some little boy asserts thats hes a girl, that doesnt make him a transgender. Hes a boy with severe mental issues.
How about this test:
Does this student have a penis/testes? He’s a boy.
Does this student have a vagina/ovaries? She’s a girl.
Even for the VERY tiny percentage of the population that is genetically neither male nor female (aneuploidy, mainly Klinefelter’s), they still are rather overtly male or female.
For the few kids who’s parents actually force them to undergo a ‘sex-change treatment’ that doesnt actually change them from a male to a female, or vice-versa. Inverting your penis or sewing on a horses’ (or wherever penises come from. hot dogs maybe?) does not make you the other sex.

Turners(XXX): Only in females.
XYY Syndrome: Only in males.
XXYY Syndrome: Only in boys.
So actually there is no confusion really.. Either you’re a male, or a female. Dunno how they go about changing someone’s entire genetic makeup without killin em :p
Turner’s is actually a single X. They only have 45 chromosomes.

That was my first thought too. Makes me wish they’d done this while I was in school.
It is that simple. I worked for a large company, one union person was in the process of getting a "sex change", basically this means you dress up like a girl for two years, after that you are eligible for the.....operation. The company solution was to re-assign him to a facility that had a unisex restroom, the kind that just says "restroom" with a lock on the door. This isn't rocket science.
Why is sex with minors alwys on the minds of liberals? Why are they the “do it if it feels good” crowd?

Michael Savage keeps saying that -- reflecting, btw, the fifties consensus and still big minority opinion among psychiatrists and psychotherapists about homosexuality despite 40 years of PC propaganda and "enforcement" in the profession -- and I am beginning to believe him.
Homosexuality is a paraphilia is disordered (pace the politicized APA Division 40 crowd), and it's beginning to look like liberalism is disordered, too.

Back in my day, teachers used the same bathroom. It was a major deterrent to petty vandalism, smoking and similar misdeeds by students.
