Salisbury Cathedral (UK, Anglican) has a side altar with the eucharist reserved in a tabernacle. They clearly believe that something other than mere bread is present.
I've been there, but at the time I was only nominally Christian, and Baptist at that, so the two things I remember most are the BENT stone pillars (and the steel reinforcings) and the Magna Carta. I had always thought that the olden-days calligraphy was freehand. No it wasn't; you can clearly see the guidelines.
I don't remember even seeing a tabernacle, and wouldn't have known what anyone meant by the Real Presence, if I had.
