To: Grizzled Bear

Since clarity is paramount, 1) show where I said that violence is never justified. 2) “you implied that the loss of American lives in WWII was meaningless. That is YOUR interpretation of my statement. My simple point is that whenever people resort to violence, be it in a war or on a bus, nobody wins and both parties lose. This is a philosophical point which some may find difficult to grasp. In such cases, it becomes easier for some to resort to name calling and threats to family members. Know what I mean?

Nobody wins in war? Just the folks that survive and escape tyranny. As a philosophical point I might agree both sides lose, but you deny history and reality when you assert nobody wins.
