The three Irish citizens who the Dubai authorities allege helped to assassinate a Hamas official do not exist, according to Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs.
The Irish government says the trio of alleged passport-holders identified on Monday in Dubai as Gail Folliard, Evan Dennings and Kevin Daveron do not appear in Ireland's records of legitimate passport-holders.
"We are unable to identify any of those three individuals as being genuine Irish citizens. Ireland has issued no passports in those names," the department said in a statement to The Associated Press.

This will be fun to follow. Everyone enjoys a good murder mystery, except, of course, the victim.
It’s the Mission Impossible team.
A merry, smiling bunch of jihadi smokers if I do say so myself.
Middle guy looks slightly like a young James Spader.
That right there tells you Mossad had nothing to do with it. This is Amateur Hour all the way.
I was wondering about that, too. Mossad doesn’t usually get caught that easily.
They successfully assassinated their target, they all escaped and the Dubai authorities have no clue who they really are. Not exactly complete amateurs.
LOL - who got caught?
Please don’t question the panel of experts contributing to this thread.
You’re right. No one got “caught” - looks like Mossad to me...
Wonder if they still wear third finger left hand?

What happens to balance when a new force is introduced? Just wondering.
Sorry, I should have said “not government-backed.” It wasn’t meant as a slur on their capabilities, just their resources.
They obviously deserve medals although we all know the Israeli government can never do that.
just saw a report on ABC... there were 11 total in the assassination group. Hotel cameras caught a lot on tape. Israel is being given credit.
Well, haven't you heard about the 2 Palestinians who are detained and being interrogated by the Dubai LEOs??
The Palestinian Authority refused to release their identities, but has admitted that one of the two is an official in the Palestinian Authority.
Sounds like a major Fatah/Hamas feud came to fruition.
That occurred to me, too. Palestinians and other Muslims kill each other all the time. But then who are those other guys, some apparently with fake passports?
E X C E R P T :
.....Dubai police chief Khalfan has said he will issue an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if investigators show Mossad was behind the killing.
The police have also said they were questioning two Palestinians suspected of involvement in the murder. The two men, both residents of the United Arab Emirates, had "fled to Jordan" after the killing.
Khalfan said they were extradited from Jordan "three days ago," pointing to a "strong suspicion" against one of the two who had met a member of the suspected hit team before the assassination

Say, there's been a new thread posted claiming that the PA refuses to release the identities of the two Palestinians detained by the Dubai LEOs.
PA says won't reveal identity of Dubai assassin suspects

Today I read that the PA has now admitted that one of the 2 Palestinians detained is an official in the PA.
