An investigative source also said that among those attracting attention by the intelligence community are women recruits. The next wave of terrorists may include Western women, possibly Canadian, with forged documents. The use of women would be seen an evolution in Al Qaeda's strategy from the failed Christmas Day attack by accused "underpants bomber" Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab.
Cleric Anwar al-Awlaki is considered the top "talent spotter." He is tied to three of the Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers, the Fort Hood shooting and Flight 253, which carried Abdulmutallab."

SNIPPET: “Algiers, 11 Feb. (AKI) - Al-Qaeda has launched a new campaign to recruit university students, scientists and IT specialists in Algeria. “We appeal to undergraduates, chemists, doctors and IT specialists to join our ranks,” the terror network said in a statement published on jihadist websites on Thursday.
“Remember the massacres that take place every day in Palestine, in Cechyna, Iraq and Afghanistan,” said the statement signed by ‘Abu Muslim al-Jazairi’.
Al-Qaeda is seeking new bomb-makers and medics who can help treat fighters wounded in clashes with Algerian security forces, according to daily El-Nahar.
Currently, 80 pecent of young people recruited by Al-Qaeda in Algeria do not have a high-school diploma.”

1. They're really, really easy to find thanks to the authorities -- just go online and in minutes you have millions of names, photos, addresses, place of work, etc.
2. They have nothing to lose. Already they're regularly humiliated, threatened, vandalized, assaulted and even murdered -- thanks to the authorities who enable this.
3. Life only gets worse as ever more draconian and bizarre punishments become law. (Georgia made it a crime, punishable by imprisonment, to go to church!) Under such situations the temptation to give into revenge will be strong. And what a revenge -- you make a big and permanent mark, go out with a bang, and you're forever out of the reach of the law.
It will start with simple actions -- an airport security line [BANG], a holiday crowd [BANG], a packed mall [BANG].
Then they'll discover the value of group action... but I think this is enough.
And if all AQ wants are women, well, there are plenty of those among the registered sex offenders.
And they all speak American English like the natives they are.
Of course, I will need to be in close contact with the FBI, Homeland Security, and the CIA on a daily basis. There's stuff they will need to know about.
Thats got to create downright hysterical laughter at the daily TSA meetings.
