You lie! Plenty of people born here to non-citizen diplomats and ambassabors are not citizens.

My brother used to work for a huge, world wide manufacturing company, and people from all over the globe came here to work temporarily so their wives could give birth in the U.S. Their kids would have duo citizenship and be able to move back and forth freely.
