Why would someone name a wheelchair Chuck?
I guess I could have written that clearer...But you must have heard the story about Biden giving honor to some fellow who’s name was Chuck and he was sitting in a wheel chair next to Biden and Biden told him to stay up and be applauded for something he was honoring him for....realized the flubb he made and apologized and said God Bless you Chuck...
