There are large expat populations in India. Probably in the millions.

There’s a lot of things in India that take people aback.

For example, Jewtown in Cochin.

Pune also has a lot of retirees due to it’s relatively temperate climate and has attracted many Euros and Yanks who frequent the many ashrams and retreats in the hills around the city.
