WASHINGTON (KMOX Radio) -- A warning earlier this week from Iran's supreme ruler that his country will deliver a "punch" February 11th that will "stun" the West is being taken seriously at the highest levels of the U-S government, according to Missouri's two Senators.
Democratic Missouri Senator Claire McCaskill described the concern about Iran today in Washington as a matter of "almost hyper focus."
"I know the military is monitoring it carefully. I know the intelligence community is monitoring it carefully. I can't share many of the details of that. But I will say that I think our government is very, very, very concerned."
Earlier this week, Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said in a speech that: "The Iranian nation, with its unity and God's grace, will punch the arrogance (Western Powers) on the 22nd of Bahman (February 11) in a way that will leave them stunned."

Obviously, the feds know more about this than they are letting on. But does anyone here have any info on this? I mean, without the usual silly jokes that take up about 60% of the previous threads on this subject?

Seems Iran is full of them.
My bet is that they’ll test an A-bomb... making complete fools of all the so-called western leaders.
This could be Obama’s version of Carter’s desert rescue debacle and doom him to one term.
If North Korea, a country that literally can't feed it's people nor power its country, can develop a bomb, then Iran - which is probably the 2nd most advanced Muslim country in world (after Pakistan), can certainly develop at least one bomb. And, it's clearly developing the technology to refine enough uranium to build nuclear weapons on an industrial scale.
I laugh when I hear people, who the media would have us believe are international experts, pontificate that Iran is years away from the bomb. Ridiculous.
After my little talk with him about that I can't wait till she tries that again.
Yeah, but that was before this country elected the apologist-in-charge.
Almost no chance we will do anything unless they launch a nuke directly into NY, and then ... maybe!
