Young has already acknowledged that he have the FBI a copy of the tape. Apparently, it's material evidence in an ongoing campaign-finance investigation. I doubt an order from this judge is going to compel the FBI to give up their copy, at least in the short-term.

Even if they recover all the copies there is a good chance it will end up on web. . .maybe even a better one. Personally, do not undertand why this is being seized per 'legalities'.
