She Sho’ do talk like a Texan...sounds like she is 1st cousin in DNA to that Scott Brown kid. Must make the GOP feel about as uneasy as Obama on his health care that things are getting out of control. I like her....I hope Texas puts her name on the ballot. Perry and the Senator are too much infected with Beltway insanity and need to go.

Works for me too, I will just do my consumption in Shreveport LA, Consumption tax will not work unless every state has that law, that is another libertarian's ideal that won't work like open borders won't work.

Maybe you need to spell it out. Some people don’t understand or they’re just new here.

She makes sense talking about taxes.

But will she uphold the Federal Immigration Laws or turn Texas into a sanctuary state?

All the southern border states - Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and California - have so many foreign nationals here illegally (illegal aliens) that places exist in those states where police will not enter. Those are truly lawless zones and must be cleared out, the illegals deported, our citizens reassured and calmed, and the laws of the state and Federal Government once again enforced.

She has the ability to speak like Rubio, from the heart and not full of focus group tested words and phrases. Its a shame she didn’t start earlier but just like Brown, her message can spread like wildfire.

Rubio also proposed a FairTax plan for the state of Florida while he was in the legislature. With plans like these, the possibilities are mindboggling.

Property taxes mean you never own your own home or any other property, the state does. Stop paying your property taxes and see how quickly your property disappears.

Just because you were either too lazy to find out for yourself or just trying to plant doubt as a Perry or Kaye supporter;

Unfortunately, our failure to enforce our own laws has led to economic catastrophes for many segments of our society. Ignoring immigration law has resulted in invasion rather than immigration, and our officials have reacted not by addressing the core problems, but by adding more and more government. The majority of immigrants who are now here illegally have that status because the immigration process is no longer a process at all, but another example of runaway government red tape and bureaucracy. Individuals must be held accountable for their actions, and those who break our laws and violate our sovereignty cannot get a free pass, regardless of their circumstances. But coming to the greatest state of the greatest country in the world should still inspire hope, not fear. It should mean dealing with the world’s most efficient immigration system, not a more sinister version of the DMV.

I’m trying to watch the vid, but for some reason it is taking forever & it’s getting very irritating. It will play for a few seconds, then the screen turns white as the sound goes off to about 10 seconds more....AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!

BTW, I have a DSL connection, so I thought DSL was SUPPOSED to be faster than dial-up & that this problem wouldn’t happen! :-(

Don’t know if this is pro or con; but it appears to be connected to Debra, her husband who works for her medical company whatever that is.
