Has anyone seen the Republican plan?

A few weeks ago on Hannity, Newt rattled off a half dozen points, but I've never seen anything in print.

They ought to put together a complete plan and then submit it to the American People by going on every show, calling press conferences, screaming like wolves at the moon....and ask the public to let the administration which which one they prefer.

I wonder if the reason they done something like this is they aren’t able to put a plan together that is much better? Wasn’t the Contract With America presented something like this?

I heard one of the Republicans discuss the alternatives they have suggested. He sited the GOP official site, so I checked it out. Here it is. Pass it along. The Republicans DO have solutions. They just suck at marketing those solutions. We need to help them.
