I have noticed that. This woman has no one to blame but herself for this mess. She failed to make an appearance at a number of hearings. So, as to be expected when a litigant is absent, the judge ruled against that litigant. If she had been responsible from the very beginning, almost all of this mishegas could have been avoided.

In this case, the law is an ass.

If the "law" wants to try to take my daughter from me and give it to an ex with no biological relationship to my daughter, then it's time for some disobedience...

Under no circumstances should a judge be ruling this way. Either place the child in protective services if the parent is a danger, or cram it.

The law when it is wrong should be challenged. I’d never let my children be taken away by liberals.

Thats because you don’t have any rights in America unless you have lots of money and a good lawyer. Radical judges and politicians show no respect for the law or justice.

Sadly, many people are far more emotion driven than they will admit or even realize.

There is no moral imperative to obey an unjust law, stevie. And that's just what this is. So can it.

When the law and those who administer it have contempt for natural rights, discord, strife and violence will always follow. The Revolutionary War and the Civil War are two that examples that come to mind. Peace happens when people insure their neighbors natural rights are protected.

Yeah. People don’t seem to understand why we give judges unlimited powers over people’s lives. In this enlightened new world, it’s good for little girls to be handed over to lesbians who bathe naked with them. It will prepare her for the society we’ve created for her. It’s not like this decision could have any permanent repercussions for the little girl. If it destroys her quality of life, we’ve already given judges the power to rectify that situation. If the judge decides she has a low quality of life, he can always follow the example set forth by Judge George Greer. Why can’t more people be as accepting of these recent changes in our judicial system as you are?
