Thing is going to be... how do we get the liberals in Flagstaff and the Indians in northern AZ to vote for JD v McCain..
“Thing is going to be... how do we get the liberals in Flagstaff and the Indians in northern AZ to vote for JD v McCain..”
I hear ya. Liberals and the Indians are who has kept him in office AND a lot of uninformed ‘conservatives’. It is them we have to reach. The Indians are getting too much wampum out of McCain to turn on him. UNfortunately. McCain understands what we don’t want to admit. Ignorant, needy groups like illegal aliens and Indian tribes are easily bribed.
Ignorance brought us McCain. We need to get smarter...FAST.
Poll after the 2008 election:
Voters Unaware of Candidates Immigration Positions; McCain Supporters Farthest Off the Mark
# Only 34 percent of McCain voters, 42 percent of Clinton voters, and 52 percent of Obama voters correctly identified their candidate as favoring eventual citizenship for illegal immigrants who meet certain requirements.
# Of McCain voters, 35 percent mistakenly thought he favored enforcement that would cause illegals to return home, another 10 percent thought he wanted mass deportations, and 21 percent didnt know his position.
# Voters often held different positions from the candidate they supported. Only 31 percent of McCain voters had the same immigration position as he does[snip]
To quote James Carville, "drag hundred-dollar bills through Sedona and the rez"???
Or, as liberals are wont to do, make big promises.
Daschle used to count on the Indian vote also.
Then came that one election and he lost.
Looks to me like Tea Party Grassroots will have to get out the vote for JD.
There’s already an anti-incumbent sentiment in the air and it’s truly time for McCain to ‘come home’ which is JD’s theme.
