Yes this must be a hoax, Chicago is a liberal bastion, gun-free zone. I am surprised Mayor Daley hasn’t gone on tv to denounce this scare-mongering and media sensationalism to obviously get ratings.
I’m with you concerning the gun issues and all, but my son is in one of the classrooms that is locked down. He called and said that there is a huge police presence and that they don’t believe they are in imminent danger. Nonetheless, they are in a lockdown mode. Please think before you post.
