Let Joe stay as an independent and let him caucus with the Dems. I don’t mind his foreign policy, but his domestic voting record clearly shows he wants more government and less freedom.

Let him stay as an independent and caucus with Republicans. I don’t want him in the party, but I don’t mind the party working with him on his the issues he agrees with us on, and letting him chair one defense/national security related committees/sub-committees in exchange.(assuming we retake control some day).
