Orly Taitz is being her own special prosecutor after battling the Holder/Obama Justice Department for a year. She has been financially damaged. I think she should have standing to go after Obama by now. Any financial damage was self inflicted. Why would that gain her standing to sue?

Since Orly hasn’t paid the $20k fine, she isn’t out any money that wasn’t spent by her choice. And when she does pay it, and she will have to do so, she cannot claim financial damages. If she could, I could claim financial damages for every speeding ticket fine I’ve paid - and there are many.

Anyone has standing to sue on a Constitutional matter. I do hope you and the rest of Orly’s critics will have the grace to make a fullsome public appology when she is proven correct.
