The next SCOTUS kind of fell of the radar for me, but it's the most important decision the POTUS makes.

If Stevens and Ginz can hold on for another three years, we could swap them out for a Janice Rogers Brown/Miguel Estrada/Pryor/Owens.

Lord, I pray that is Your Plan.

I think Stevens is going down this summer. Man’s 89 years old. Unless he wants to die at the bench, and many of them do, he’s got to retire sometime.
