All charges have been withdrawn in the military commissions against the five suspects in the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks being held at Guantanamo Bay.

The charges were dropped "without prejudice," according to the Defense Department -- a procedural move that allows federal officials to transfer the men to trial in a civilian court and also leaves the door open, if necessary, to bring charges again in military commissions.

"This action comes in light of the announcement by the attorney general of the United States that the Department of Justice intends to pursue a prosecution ... in

Now the door is open to all sorts of legal challenges from smart defense counsels. And of course Emperor Obama makes it virtually impossible for the courts to deliver justice.

This is being done with the idea of impuning Bush/Cheney. IMO this will backfire big time on O. The people of this country have no desire to punish George W Bush now or ever.

If the BO administration thinks the Massachusetts election was a disaster for them, wait until this plays out.

The UK just raised the threat level to severe.

If we get hit again in this country, Obama will plummet in the public’s opinion. He will own it and most American's will know it.

He doesn't seem to even have a clue the weak thread he is hanging by politically after Brown won. It accelerates all sorts of things we may not even realize yet.

Let’s make a deal. I’ll drop the military commission charges against the 5 9/11 terrorists if we can try AG Eric Holder for treason AT GITMO.

Any takers?

Boy am I pissed.
