Americans across the spectrum have developed an unfortunate habit of focusing on the Presidency as if no other elected office is important. The Presidency’s quasi-royalist trappings aside, Congress is still more important than the President, as Obama has learned to his frustration. Electing the 41st Republican to the Senate is important enough in its own right.

Every Senator already sees himself as a future President when he looks in the mirror - the last thing we need to do is encourage them.

They must think they live in Vermont.

Stock market fell today - connected to China and Greece.
Many will mistakenly [deliberately] associate this with the Brown win, I think.

Obama now planning to Nationalize the $103 Billion Student Loan Industry, the government would cut private lenders out of the picture entirely, setting the interest rates and collecting payments directly for all student lending.

Obama agenda continuing full force.

This socialist nightmare must come to an end Because we're going to vote them out in 20-10.

Delahunt’s seat is the least rat seat in the state.

But of the 2 the newbie Tsongas is more vulnerable.

I hope MA GOP takes that new energy they have and focuses it into becoming an actual political party.

Lol, the rats are in a frenzy but still plan to continue pushing.

Good headlines to smile about;

“Dazed Dems rethink entire strategy”

“Boehner: Dem leaders’ ‘arrogance’ on health bill has ‘the American people about ready to pull their hair out’...”

The people don’t want the health bill. Why is it so important to the democrats - just for ‘control’?

Challenging Delahunt and Tsongas is not mutually exclusive. Both could go down in 2010. In Delahunt’s MA-10, the only challenger so far is Ray Kasperowicz, who happens to be our very own surrey’s accountant. http://www.ray2010.com/ In Tsongas’s MA-05, there are three relatively unknown candidates running, include Cambodian-American Sam Meas (whose real first name is, quite unfortunately, Sambo): http://www.sammeasforcongress.com/Home_Page.html

But, counterintuitively, our best chance of picking up a MA House seat is John Tierney’s Salem-based MA-06, in which Republican Bill Hudak has posted impressive fundraising numbers and appears to be doing everything right. http://www.hudakforcongress.com/

Excellent analysis Goldwater!

The key is to run the races with Scott’s template; it works!

Healthcare is expected to exceed 20% of the US economy by 2015

Obama and the democrat majority in Congress expected to grab huge hunks of that cash and gaurantee themselves a one-party tyrannical political dictatorship forever by buying the union and minority and illegals/anchor baby votes

They thought liberal blue Massachusettes was a cakewalk and only now some admit they had no game plan or candidate

Watching Kathleen Kennedy Townsend this morning on MSNBC saying her brother could have easy beat Scott Brown was hillarious -

Delusional was a keyword I used last night

El Rushbo used it today with glee

Funny what Kathleen said. The Kennedy’s think they are Kings and Queens.

Would like to have seen the look on Teddy’s wife when Brown won so easily. It was a repudiation against Teddy too.

I’m reading that Brown favors some kind of health reform. We’ll have to watch that.

I saw that. I’d love to see Pence take out Bayh. I’d also love Paul Ryan to take on Feingold in Wisconsin.

First of all I didn't say all democrats are evil. I said all ELECTED Democrats , the politicians, are evil. And I would add the democrats who are 90% of the media are also pure evil.So all the democrats in the media and all elected politician democrats are pure evil, rabid , Marxist revolutionaries as their votes, their actions proved. There are no Moderate democrats.

And we should all support the Republican party because it is the only viable party/thing that could stop the democrats/socialism . There has never been a viable 3rd party in the U.S.. all this talk of a 3rd party or staying home on election day will just allow the Democrats to turn the U.S. into a socialist state much sooner. You want to turn the U.S.A. into Venezuela or Cuba?

Now all registered democrats ARE Marxists because they vote for government programs and government programs that redistribute wealth which is a main theme of Marxism.

Scott Brown did save you and all of us from the horrors of socialism. Scott Brown will stop most of Obama’s and the democrats agenda, socialist healthcare, Cap and trade, maybe even the nationalization of the whole economy etc. I guess you don't understand that the Democrats need 60 votes in the Senate and now Brown has taken away that 60 vote super majority , taken away one vote and now the democrats/Marxists have only 59 and so no bill can come to the floor unless Scott Brown also votes for it. Is that too complex for you to understand?

Look all I heard from Scott Brown is him talking about lowering taxes and him opposing healthcare, him saying things against terrorism etc. And you are here saying that he is a liberal etc. so I guess you would rather have the Democrat had won , Croackly.

And the Republican party is not "bloated" with RINOS. Only 14% of Republicans are RINOS. My analysis of the major votes shows this. So because something is not perfect you would have us throw out the baby with the bathwater and so in effect support turning the U.S. into a socialist state and support the ELECTED Marxist/Democrats who are 100% evil, socialist, Marxist revolutionaries

And you and your ilk , those “conservatives” who bash the Republicans also don't understand that Republicans NEVER had 60 votes in the Senate but only 50 something. So Republicans never could pass anything WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE DEMOCRAT PARTY/SOCIALISM. But you believing the liberal media bashing blamed Republicans for everything caused by the huge mandatory government machine the democrats built in the last 100 years. So you bought the liberal media lie that Republicans did this and that and controlled this and that. Republicans didn't grow the government. So you are unfairly demonizing Republicans by parroting the liberal media lies. How does it feel to be a puppet of the liberal media?

Republicans didn't grow the government, proof:

Since you read my about page I'll go easy on you and won’[t embarrass you on this forum with your lack of knowledge about how 60 votes are needed to pass anything in the Senate, your nonexistent knowledge about economics etc ,lol. I wrote that in my about page to educate people : why socialism doesn't work.

What paragraph are you referring to exactly when you wrote : “the huge mishmash of that one paragraph”. I ask you that so I can change it.

Dems’ Massachusetts loss clouds Pelosi’s future

~Don’t get excited~

If the late Edward Kennedy’s Massachusetts Senate seat isn’t safe for Democrats, is Nancy Pelosi’s speakership of the House safe?

The answer is yes, unless there’s a Republican landslide in November.
