That’s the standard example that shows up every election all over the country. I’ve seen it several times now here in Central Florida. It’s never made me automatically vote for the second candidate. Besides, anyone who’s that stupid is already voting for Coakley anyway.

If Brown wins by a large enough margin, ACORN and Alinsky will be powerless to steal the election or to delay certification. The political backlash would be too devastating.

I don’t understand how this is vote theft.
We wouldn’t even know they were pre-marked, unless they had been noticed by a voter who got a new ballot.

I think it is about desperation.

The Dems aren’t concerned about any actual cheating. It’s all about contesting the loss they know they are about to get.
They flew the lawyer in who handles these cases, before the voting even started.

Sample Ballot? SAMPLE, they have to mark it somewhere or it doesn’t do anybody any good.

Funny though, there were 7 possible choices to scratch across. Why couldn’t they just choose the 4th option since there are 3 candidates and avoid the appearance of impropriety?

Coakley’s Press Release Charging Ballot Fraud Was Written Yesterday (BUSTED!)
by Publius

Click here to see it: http://tinyurl.com/yz78lof

This afternoon, the Coakley campaign convened a press conference to say they had received reports of voters receiving ballots, pre-marked for her opponent, Scott Brown. It would be a serious charge.

But we’re skeptical. Below is a screenshot of Coakley’s website taken this afternoon. The press release making the ballot fraud charge is dated yesterday, before any ballots were issued to voters. (Click Full Screen to view properly)

With such seers working on the campaign (able to foresee possible ballot fraud before it happened), you’d think the Coakley campaign would have been able to anticipate Brown’s campaign surge.

The Coakley release on the allegations now has the correct date on it. It can be found here.

I think it’s possible that the names appear in alphabetical order.

[The left is in panic mode]

They've had warning after warning and they kept ignoring and pushing their agenda. They've had long time politicians dropping out because they know they will lose, but Pelosi and Reid stay on their agenda.

I pray we win tonight by enough to avoid anything like a recount.
