These people are absolutely unoppressed by the white man. They live in a carribien paradise and still they are heathen savages in adversity. Billions on dollars have poured down this rat hole and to no avail. They make $1.50 a month!! At some point lift yourself up!!! I’m sorry but they are cultural and moral failures.
