I’ve always thought IA was reputable, but they actually did worse than ARG on that 2008 primary report card that I keep linking and people are telling me on Twitter (not just lefties, either) to proceed with caution. Duly noted. But an awful lot of numbers from an awful lot of people today seem to be heading in this direction.

I have not seen any poll in the last couple of days having Coakley ahead!

yes, PLEASE BEWARE the ol’ “Leak a bunch of polls showing your man winning this walking away so you won’t bother to go to the polls” scam. The Dems are desperate enough to try that or pretty much anything else at this point.

Exactly...the folks in Mass. MUST turnout in huge numbers, because...remember, if it’s close the Dems will steal it.

Ask Norm Coleman.

As a democrat, I can assure you the polls are probably a little bit off. Like most democrats, I don’t answer any calls from unknown numbers figuring it is probably a bill collector. Plus, telephone polls tend to undercount the votes of “life-challenged” democrats.

parsy, who is pulling for Brown even though he is a Republican.

Keeping my fingers crossed. Have to get out the vote. I think you have 99% Repub support for Scott, probably 70% Independent and probably a bunch of Democrats who voted for O and regret it.

You could be right, but I think that bad polling numbers would tend to suppress voters supporting the loser. Who wants to take time out to vote for a losing candidate as opposed to those who want to be a part of history?

Yes it will be historic and unprecedented.

On 0bama’s speech yesterday, “We should not talk about the votes gained for Coakley yesterday. We should focus on all the votes not lost by 0bama’s speech.”

You’re right. 0bama will say that although his speech did not create any votes for Marcia, it saved millions of them.

9 points! Alleluia!

I would think that's enough to thwart voter fraud. Such a waste of money to bus in all those Acorn people with Micky Mouse aliases.

Still, a few more percentage points couldn't hurt. I'm thinking fifteen per cent, about what the real unemployment rate is these days.
