NEW YORK A terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport was evacuated Saturday after a security breach, officials said.
Port Authority of New York and New Jersey spokesman Steve Coleman said travelers at Kennedy's Terminal 8 were asked to leave so they could be re-screened. He didn't describe the breach.
Terminal 8 handles both domestic and international flights for American Airlines.

I flew back from SF yesterday and there were a bunch of what were obviously Pakistanis in front of us. They had no laptops, no bags, no nothing except their crummy Adidas jackets (worn by the entire Middle East, as far as I can tell) and were virtually waved through.
In the meantime, North Carolina business travelers coming back from a corporate retreat with their latest motivational book were practically strip searched.
