This another one of those leases democrats claim oil companies have leased but not developed. The multitude of permits for this facility have been held up for many years. I was on the initial design team of CD-5 back in 2005 for initial planning.

We continue to let the Federal government expand its powers way beyond those limited in the Constitution.

Other than armed insurrection what choices remain? It would appear that the election process has broken down with only a 2 party choice and the country be damned.

Anyone notice the number of cases before Federal Courts that have been rejected because a US Citizen does not have standing?

It would seem unless you have an arm cut off and are bleeding all over the courtroom floor, a US Citizen does not have standing any more.
