Yes, Executine orders have the same lifespan of the pols term, unless they are not overturned. Bammy did in a lot of Bush's EPA rules for example.

I believe any EO stands forever, unless the next President gets rid of it.

Bush also got rid of a lot of the “bombs” which the Clintons gleefully delighted in setting for the Bush admin, figuring Bush was too stupid to find them. Fortunately for America, Bush was not stupid. One week - they were all gone.
