Sure would be a start though. Of course, count TX out, then as was mentioned earlier, 6 of the 10 states would likely include CA, NY, MI, IL, OH, PA

there’s an awful lot of folks in just those 6 states. Through in WA and OR and you’ve got the entire continental west coast “under control” where a whole lot-o-import/export happens.

As in the import of foreign troops. Chinese and maybe Russians. Maybe others? Maybe send one of the middle states to help NY control and open the east coast to foreign troop transports.

I don’t get how Obama and his hand-selected governors of 10 States are going to issue orders to the governors of the other 40 states? Because this sounds like the Feds trying to cloak their intended attempt to federalize the state militias and National Guards with the consensus of only 10 selected Governors?

THe first ten will be the big ten, with most of the USA's population. This is just the camel's nose in the tent.

Or look at it this way. Would the New York National Guard have much trouble "keeping order" in Connecticut?

This is a REALLY bad sign. The president must know that a “severe disruption” is coming. Probably a monetary collapse or crisis on an Argentina 2002 scale. That’s my guess.
