More...Mary Anne Marsh, a Kerry staffer, just said that the fine to be paid has to be much larger to force the young to buy ObamaCare. Marsh is also saying the Obama's secret meetings about ObamaCare are "fully transparent." This is perhaps the most enraging thing about Obama liberals. They will look straight into the camera and tell you that black is white.

BTW, the TARP package gave the IRS the right to directly access your bank account and take from it what they say you owe the government.
If this gets signed into law it will be a useful date for historians.

This reads like a screenplay for a Twilight Zone episode.
Everyone who actually contributes something to the economy will be forced to pay. Those that do not, Obama’s core consituency, aka “historically underprivileged”; “economically challenged” and other such nonsense groupings, will of cource have another sumptuous banquet of handouts to ensure they can skirt the system again.
If we can;t be equally good we will all be equally bad.

Actuaally, it will the new revolution begins. Not with the firing of shots or riots. It will be the start of massive civil disobedience. Withholding goes to zero. Bank accounts are closed. People will negotiate to be paid as “consultants”; with no taxes. Work stoppages; sitins, dieins, etc.
Do you by chance have a link to the passage in the TARP package that authorizes this? I sure would like to have that information for an arguement I’m having with someone right now. Thanks much.

By what sane reasoning is this allowable under the 4th Amendment?
For years we have allowed both parties to steal money from us to give to others. We have sent the communists a clear message that we will bitch but do nothing.
I will not submit to forced insurance especially since they will allow us to buy coverage in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. Duh!
That is the solution to all of this. If a majority of Americans would refuse to file, they could not do anything about it. They cannot jail 150 million people. The loss of revenue would bring the Government to its knees in 30 days. They would have to listen or die.
If only a few try it, then they will be made examples of. If everyone, including businesses will do it, then the IRS is screwed.
An article on this forum about a year ago said that the IRS uses more than 30% of the collected money to sustain itself. Starve the beast. Put them out on the street like millions of other Americans.

We are in big trouble
Who knows maybe another bill will require that citizen quarter the indigent, mentally insane, illegal aliens, and homeless citizens in their own homes if they own a home or make above certain amount on their W-2.
It will also state that any millitary personnel even if they are related to the home owner are to be thrown from our homes so as to not violate the third amendment. So a millitary son or daughter cannot stay at their parents home for the Holidays but the smelly mentally ill homeless person will be int he guest bedroom.
There are some dems who would think this would be a grand idea.
