One of my favorite Tea Party videos is the one below of the Houston Tea Party in February of 2009. It starts out slow but stay with it past Obama’s speech. It will make you proud.

I just heard someone say that the current "progressive" movement that is now culminating and destroying our society started at the turn of LAST century...over 100 years the socialist/communist wannabes have been pecking away at our democracy...one chip at a time.

They pulled every trick in the book and progress was pretty slow until they discovered "race"; like "global warming" it gave them something to blame everything on, as well as to turn America's people against one another...incrementally and systematically, it has worked.

So here we stand wondering our words are falling on deaf ears, well as a veteran of advertising I used to tell my clients, "If you say it only a couple of times and give up, your time and money are wasted.".

Our best tool and weapon is ad nauseum repetition. The Chinese Water Torture...drip, drip, drip. It works, that's exactly how the dems have done it...drip that lie over and over and it becomes perceived as the truth.

Well, dripping the truth over and over works twice as good.

Musicians and orchestras practice the same notes over and over, and the pro's realize that only when they are sooooo sick of it, do they really, really know the piece.

Keep the message sounding - Sean Hannity is a good example...Sean is a stuck-record...over and over and over he pounds it home. That's what it takes.

People are hearing the message...keep talking.

Tell people you are a "Checkbook" Conservative. Fiscal conservative means nothing to 90% of Americans. At least a few more will relate to the term Checkbook or Responsible Spending Conservative, or Balance Budget Conservative.

We have to get the concept into the populous that trillions in debt is not the way to run a country and that it will eventually crash down if we don't stop it.

It already has crashed down, we just have a government that refuses to admit it. I have personally witnessed how a sizable corporation can go on losing money for years until finally there are no more lenders who can be duped into propping it up and failure has to be admitted. The end stage is a fast process and this country is at that stage now.

America has been duped into focusing on everything except what is really important, it now looks as if some will have to starve to death before they realize they are NOT going to die from global warming.

That said, the next Civil War is obviously brewing, and we'd be fools if we ignored the warning signs like our parents did in the 60s.

I’ll back him up anytime. I tell people anytime the subject comes up that the Socialist Democrat party is the party of racism, always has been. The idea of these idiots saying that the Republican party is the racist party is monumentally absurd but they get away with it.
