FBI director Louis Freeh’s most admired law school professor at Rutgers was an old Communist Party legal beagle named Prof. Arthur Kinoy (whom I met on ocassion).
Page 90-92 in his autobiography “My FBI”. Read it. It will scare the crap out of you.
Kinoy was also one of the favorites of Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor.
Kinoy did more to use the Constitution to destroy America’s internal defenses than even did William Kunstler, one of his buddies.
Now you know why 3,000 died on 9/11 and why America is in really deep shit today.
