Then his "allegedly" unilateral decision to try GITMO detainees in Manhattan. That's probably the tip of the iceberg. Perfect position for surveillance, cleanup and info manipulation on political enemies.

Holder is actually vulnerable. IMHO he will ne the first cabinet level appointment to be taken out. Napolitano is a close second.Both are vulnerable and conservatves should be laying it on them big time.
