Killed because of the nexus between the term “shovel ready” and the death panels of Obamacare.

I don’t know, I think the health care bill is shovel ready. Let’s bury the damn thing.
To: TigerLikesRooster
Many other terms related to the federal stimulus or the failing economy that inspired it have been thrown into the semantic scrap heap for 2010, including "stimulus" (the more blunt "bailout" bit the dust last year), "toxic assets" and "too big to fail" apparently, failure was an option. The "hip" crowd in the White House is wearing out even their semantic welcome, apparently.
"Let me be clear" also should have made the list. Maybe next year.

Obama's approval ratings are "Shovel Ready."
Soon, that pathetic loser will be about as popular Idi Amin.

I have a bumpersticker that states “Obamacare...call us when you are shovel ready”.

Mark my words.
The shovel ready jobs will flow just prior to the 2010 elections.
And all the hungry people will rejoice at the polls (well, thats the plan)

Anybody care to guess the next Obama power play word?
Has to play upon a new year, beginning, arise from the ashes etc. is my guess.

I nominate BO’s incessant use of “extraordinary,” which he mistakenly thinks he is. No, BO, you are very, very ordinary...a typical college professor who has never had a real job in his life, and whose paychecks have always been confiscated from people who work for their money.

And yet the term “shovel ready” almost perfectly describes the BS that the Obama administration constantly emits...

I thought “shovel ready” was killed when the phrase was used jokingly to describe the freshly dead Teddy Kennedy a few months ago.

You have to be shovel-ready around Obama, to dig yourself out of the mountains of BS that he spews.
