I'll bet you it's the same way the VC got onto our bases back in 'Nam, local 'civilian contractors'.

I recently came back from a year over there as a civilian. I'd wager that you are probably correct.

Something similar happened in Mosul, December '04. Very, very sad.

I'm likely headed to Afghanistan in the spring (civilian.) They're calling for quite a few civilians there these days.
