True though that may be, he can deny Ried his 60th vote on zero healthcare. That alone should be blasted on every radio and TV in every home in this country!

Yeah he is a bit weak on some conservative issues, but Coakley is more progressive than pelosi.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, aren't all the cloture votes complete. In other words, I think all they need now is 51 votes; so Brown is useless on that count.

Second issue is, if he is so proud of Massachusetts universal health care, I do not trust him to vote against national health care.

Granted he is somewhat better than Coakley; sort of like McCain would have been somewhat better than Obama.
