This card-check crap is very bad.
Very bad.
Retail unions are about as useless as they come, and unless the management is abusive in some way that has the workers really angry not welcomed by the employees.
Card check the elected officials...see who is qualified and who is not, better yet dump em all.
Unions are more about preserving the power structure OF the Unions then they are about caring about the workers or businesses.
Everyone I talked to that works at Target is fairly happy with their jobs, I hope Target can keep the Unions at bay.
I think Mark Dayton former D senator from Minn is the from the family that founded Target. Not sure how much they have to do with it now.
They are wise to be concerned. The unions did not bankroll the Democrat Party through 25 yrs. in the wilderness expecting not to get payback.
If we really want to reign in the unions all we have to do is force them to collect their own dues instead of forcing the company to deduct it from paychecks.
They won’t last long passing around their own collection plate.
