Not sure what this judge believes is the issue here, although from what I briefly read on the site, either the judge is afraid of free speech, truth, and facts or he’s a Red Diaper Doper Baby protecting the gates to hell from being offended. Liberalism is a Mental Disorder!
APEX claimed it was harmed when one of their H1B slaves from India posted a copy of their contract that required the contractor pay APEX $35,000 if the contractor were to leave APEX, or leave a contract job, or a commit any of a long list of other offenses that APEX deemed offensive.
APEX wanted the identity of the contract employee that posted the contract and it wanted the anti-H1B websites shut down.
Disclaimer: I'm siding with all the people who know the H1B program is totally fraudulent and want it totally abolished.
It is a New Jeresy State Court Judge, of course he is an idiot. EFF and the ACLU will coming riding in a minute and there will be an appeal. I am almost to the point that there should be an Internet Court to keep things away from idiots in black robes without a clue.
